Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and location.

Important — Fragrance Shipping Restrictions

Because perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids, they are shipped via ground transportation only (USPS Ground Advantage / FedEx Ground/UPS Ground). Air shipping is not available for fragrance products per carrier regulations. This means:

• We currently ship within the contiguous United States only
• We're unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or offer international shipping at this time

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Trendoloft is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us — we're happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Address
